Lifetime Planning Concepts, P.C. is committed to protect the privacy of our clients' nonpublic personal information. Lifetime Planning Concepts, P.C. will only disclose our clients' nonpublic personal information: to provide services to our clients, administer our business and as otherwise permitted by law. We may disclose clients' nonpublic personal information to our employees to provide services to our clients and for marketing purposes. When we contract with other entities to provide support or market services, we will require them to adhere to our privacy standards.

Sometimes Lifetime Planning Concepts, P.C. acquires medical information about our clients. We will keep such information confidential. We will only use or disclose our clients' medical information to help with insurance underwriting, process claims, to comply with laws and regulations or as otherwise authorized by our clients.

Our Security Procedures

Lifetime Planning Concepts, P.C. maintains security controls to safeguard our clients' nonpublic personal and medical information. We restrict access to our clients' information to our employees who need such information in the course of business, and to outside entities, as permitted by law, which are prohibited by contract from further disclosing the information. We also maintain physical and electronic safeguards to guard such information.

Lifetime Planning Concepts, P.C. will apply the same privacy policies and practices to nonpublic personal information about former clients as we do to our current clients' nonpublic personal information.
